Meet The President of JDC Consultancy
Jason Coles is the President and founder of JDC Consultancy. Jason’s professional career spans more than 20 years, and he has helped spearhead the growth, sales and marketing efforts of various small businesses. He’s had significant experience in the professional world of business plans, marketing, sales, search engine marketing, SEO, social media and business consulting.
Jason’s experience and business acumen, combined with his involvement in working with companies from the ground up, gives him a considerable personal and pragmatic understanding of the issues facing small businesses. It also provides JDC Consultancy with the valuable insight into the acute needs of its clients. Jason has been successfully writing business plans for over 9 years, and specifically writing immigration business plans for seven years.
He also has first hand knowledge of the immigration process, allowing him to better serve his clients. Jason was born and educated in the United Kingdom and moved to the United States in 1992, after receiving a National Diploma in Business & Finance.
Meet The Vice President of JDC Consultancy
Tom Fisher currently holds the position of Vice President at JDC Consultancy. He has been successfully writing business plans for over eleven years, and feels the best way to stimulate the economy is to help small business owners create new ventures, therefore creating new job opportunities.
Tom, who is originally from Winchester, KY, joined the Air Force in 1988, and served eight years as an Information Manager. During this time, he developed electronic forms and technical publications for the Air Force Flight Test Center in California. He was also responsible for reconciling government contracts, assisting the budgeting office and received extensive training in Total Quality Management (TQM).
After leaving the Air Force, Tom continued his career with a couple of larger publicly traded corporations as a Division Controller (Waste Management in Palmdale, CA, and Affiliated Computer Services in Lexington, KY). In addition to his role in management accounting, Tom was instrumental in designing work flow procedures and updating accounting procedures to comply with the new Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) guidelines.
Tom graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2001. Tom also serves as Department Chair for Accounting and Business at National College in Richmond, KY, where he currently teaches courses in business management, accounting, marketing and economics.
