Jason Coles is the President and founder of JDC Consultancy. He was born and educated in the United Kingdom and moved to America 18 years ago after receiving a National Diploma in Business & Finance. His international history affords him a unique and conscientious perspective on his work, which allows him to have an innate understanding of the needs of his clients.

Jason’s professional career spans more than 19 years, giving him significant experience in the professional world of business plans, marketing, sales and small business consulting. That experience and business acumen, combined with his considerable personal and pragmatic understanding of the issues facing small businesses, provides JDC Consultancy with valuable insight into the needs of its clients.

Tom Fisher currently holds the position of Vice President at JDC Consultancy. Tom is originally from Winchester, KY. He joined the Air Force in 1988 and served eight years as an Information Manager. During this time, he developed electronic forms, updated publications and provided computer training for office staff. He was also responsible for reconciling government contracts and assisting the budgeting office.

After leaving the Air Force he worked for a couple of large corporations as a Division Controller (Waste Management in Palmdale, CA and Affiliated Computer Services in Lexington, KY).

Tom graduated from the University of Phoenix in 1999 with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. He continued on and completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2001.

Tom is also a part-time instructor who teaches business management, accounting, and computer and business classes for a local college and currently serves as the Department Chair for Accounting and Business. Tom has been successfully writing business plans for over ten years.
